Lenovo published the detailed launch announcement for its Googlebook 15 on September 28, specifying an October 4 availability date and a starting price of $1,099.99 in the announcement. Local pricing and configurations should be checked separately.
A larger screen in a lightweight design
The specification sheet lists a 15.3-inch, 2880×1800 OLED touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The laptop starts at 1.29kg and uses an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor, with memory options up to 32GB and storage up to 512GB.
Lenovo also lists a haptic touchpad, fingerprint reader, facial authentication and a physical camera shutter. Its battery-life claim is up to 12.5 hours; actual endurance will depend on use.
Google’s software is the other half of the launch
The device runs Googlebook OS with Gemini Intelligence and Android-phone integration. Google’s own product listing identifies a Titan C2 security module and a 16GB/512GB configuration, underscoring the need to compare the exact model being sold.
