RobCo reports valuation above $1 billion and employee share-sale opportunity

October 5, 2026

Industrial robotics company RobCo said on October 5 that its valuation has exceeded $1 billion, doubling in nine months. The transaction brings investment into the company and allows long-serving employees to sell part of their shareholdings.

Participating existing investors include Sequoia, Lightspeed, Greenfield, Kindred, Lingotto and Promus Ventures. New participants include Cherry Ventures and European Tech Collective, according to RobCo.

The company develops autonomous industrial robotics and describes physical AI as central to its approach.

Valuation and employee liquidity

The employee secondary sale gives eligible staff a way to realize some of their equity’s value. A private-company valuation is a transaction-based measure, not revenue, profit or a public-market share price. RobCo’s announcement states that its valuation is above $1 billion without providing a more precise figure.
